Learn a hip twist with a twist of your hips! Have you been mesmerized by the hyper-speed, isolated hip circles of Polynesia. Learn how to mimic those same movements in a fun and energetic class. Khrystia will teach the basic movements and terminology of this enticing yet rigorous dance. She has studied Hula and Tahitian dance for six years with Kaimikahu Hale O' Hula.
11:20am: Angelia- 2 Part Workshop...Feel the Flow of Veil, Double Veil and Wings..demo and experiential for a great arm workout!
Then turn up the burner for a 30 minute Hot Intense All Over Body - Belly Dance Workout with Angelia!
